Losing weight isn't that hard, don't morph your pics next time.
From a guy who lost 30 kgs with calories deficit and eating what ever he wants.
1
u/uriahLys Mar 08 '26
How’d u loose the 30 kgs and in what timeframe?
1
u/Character_Hyena_7619 Mar 08 '26
Around 18 months first 20 kgs were mostly for walking only no dieting no gym. Then I started gym last July, but I wasn't really that consistent with gym.

u/RoadEcstatic4624 Mar 08 '26
its not morphed, which one looks like morphed?

u/Character_Hyena_7619 Mar 08 '26
Last one ma'am. Anyways good work if you lost the weight and if you are a catfish or anything please don't do it, you are wasting yours and others time.

The belly button shape remains same always, the 50kg pic is not yours
-10
u/RoadEcstatic4624 Mar 08 '26
in the first pic, there is wrinkles and folding of skin near belly button due to loose and fat skin, in 2nd and 4th pic belly button is exact same as there is 20kg loss in each from previous pic(s)and fair skin in all 4 regardless of lighting differences

seeking validation is a bit okish but through morphed pics 😝🥀
1
u/cyr-37 Mar 08 '26
Also the fact that people are ignoring that she's 50kg at 5'9 is crazy and obviously Ik op is just lying to seek validation
1
u/djejbewjsj Mar 08 '26
im 5'9 wit 56kg 😞
1
u/cyr-37 Mar 08 '26
Male or female? Cuz females are good at storing fat such that they don't look too skinny or too far but that's pretty skinny either for a guy or a girl
1
u/djejbewjsj Mar 08 '26
male 😝

u/cyr-37 Mar 08 '26

That's a great progress but the workout plan is absolutely fucked up. Wayyyy too much volume for small muscle groups like biceps and triceps. The best plan is Upper Lower Rest, PPL Rest. Rest day is more important than you think, majority of the muscle growth occurs during rest day.

Too good to be true lg raha hea, anyways congratulations and a salute 🫡. what about your diet and nutrition? What was your calorie intake
0
u/RoadEcstatic4624 Mar 08 '26
i dont have the record but i was on a very strict diet so i did extremely low intake, and ate bare minimum alongside extreme workout daily morning and daily 3km walking cardio thats why i lost this much weight
3
u/damn_it_88 Mar 08 '26
Seems fishy, how can you have such amazing results without having basic nutrition knowledge? You don't even know what was your calorie intake..
1
u/MedusaLifts Mar 08 '26
Could you please not do such a massive disservice to your own kind (assuming you aren’t lying about being female)? We have a hard enough time anyway with constant judgement and so-called “perfect body” concepts. The last thing we need is impressionable young girls taking this post to be real and trying to starve themselves. Thank you.

Holy, looks like a cap . 4 set per excercise in 2026 😭 No rest days lmao , 4000 steps which is around 150 calories burned U didn’t even mentioned calorie deficit .
Approx 200 ke deficit me per month 3.300 kg lose , just weird
Doesn’t seem true buddy

u/cyr-37 Mar 08 '26
Idk how tf are people ignoring the elephant in the room 😭🙏. She is NOT 50kg at 5'9. That equates to a bmi of 16 which is hella underweight. She's like 5'6 at most also that's not the same person in first and last pic. Dunno how people are so dumb nowadays 🤦. I'm starting to think that r/askfitnessindia users are facebook migrants with zero awareness
1
u/Opposite_Rain_7043 Mar 08 '26
Well the bmi thing works well for those who live a sedentary lifestyle nd don’t lift , people who lift their bmi can be more than normal individuals , due to muscle mass . So hers must be more according to her weight nd height .
But yeah this post is just bs nd half of the people don’t have knowledge in these aspect , coz some are new in fitness nd some just don’t care .
Anyways Facebook thing can be true too 🤣🤣
1
u/cyr-37 Mar 08 '26
Ofcourse but judging from the pic clearly she doesn't have enough muscle to look like that at 50kg specially at 5'9 and mind you 5'9 is pretty tall for a woman
1
u/Opposite_Rain_7043 Mar 08 '26
Pretty rare honestly , I myself have seen only 10-15 women who are at the proximity of 5’9.
Anyway for how long r u lifting bro ?
